Captain Scott leads an identification and participatory research program on wild Atlantic Spotted dolphins in the Bahamas. The identification uses photographs assembled into a catalog of over 100 different individuals. Identification allows non-invasive tracking of individuals and their offspring. Behavioral observations of the individuals reveal differences in personalities and habits. Participatory research involves interacting with the individual dolphins in playful and respectable ways. Spotted Dolphins are naturally social and playful. Joining their social system and games gives an insight into their life.
